Responsibilities 

• Developing strategies for effective data analysis and operation tactics.
• Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions to working in order every situation.
• Analysis and planning of operation work for maximum efficiency, including management of personnel and related resources to effectively achieve the organization's goals.
• Plan the operation improvement and allocate transportation resources appropriately to the needs.
• Control and manage various resources such as budget, delivery personnel and transportation vehicles to ensure maximum transportation efficiency.
• Analyze transportation efficiency and improve work processes for greater efficiency, such as cost reduction, improve service level agreement (SLA) and resource efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and subcontractors to identify goals and results from operations, including results that must be solved and transportation processes improved.
• Provide advice, support executive decision-making, and communicate important information to stakeholders.
• Level up to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
• Leading and level up to developing a team of data analysts.
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data, benchmark and improve performance.
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist.
• Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
