Build and Manage sub-contractor partnership management & engagement to ensure the performance & KPI to meet the company standard & target, i.e. sub-contractor recruiting criteria standard, revenue portion, performance evaluation, rider equipment & facility , rider training and safety standard, etc.
Define the governance around all sub-contractor partners’ relationship and lead recurring review, TOR, contract management (sign and renewal) with competitive rate card/negotiation session in order to drive performance improvement, cost optimization, sustainability and partnership growth strategy.
Conduct and Provide guidance to Sub-Contractor as partnership management to build and maintain relationship to ensure the rider / driver supply availability, quality and reliability with the company standard.
Develop and Lead sub-contractor strategy for medium & long terms and execute to enhance rider/driver acquisition strategy & execution both of Online & Off line channel to supply availability and quality at optimal cost.
Drive in-depth P&L simulation and cost optimization analysis to do gap analysis, and solution providing with strategy to our sub-contractor partnership to meet the objectives and sustainability growth.
Properly track all aspects of sub-contractor performance and drive efficient monthly performance to comply with the company standard ie ; rider acquisition & turn over / churn rate / time attendance / term & payment / rider quality, etc.
Monitor and Set performance review with each sub-contractor with reporting/dashboard/Repository to track and monitor all operational and financial KPIs relevant to optimize performance.
Develop, Manage & Punishment consequences for poor performer of sub-contractor to improve the quality to align with the company policy.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics, supply chain, and 3PL management.
Experience in vendor sourcing and truck fleet management will be preferred.
Good skill in MS office and Transport management system.
Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be proactive to propose and develop new ideas.
People management skills also good cooperation with the concerned party.
Good negotiation, problem-solving & convincing skills.
Good in the communication of Thai and English conversation and presenting.
